FAQ

 1) What does your CC0 license mean?

This license means that my images do no contain any sort of copyright.  They are free to use for anything, including commercial use.  However, please read this limitation:  DO NOT use my images for derogatory, pornography, racist, discrimination or any other illegal or inappropriate use!

Also, I would really appreciate that you change the images in some way before using them as commercial use.  For example, if you use png images inside a scrapbook kit you intend to sell, please alter the image in some way so that you aren't just redistributing the same image inside your kits.

Otherwise, you are free to use the images for anything personal use or commercial use, just try to alter the image in some way before reselling it in any form.

2)  Can I use your images for commercial use purposes?

Yes, as stated above they can be used for commercial use purposes, just alter them in some way before you resell them.

Commercial use means things like greeting cards, images for scrapbook or art journal kits, integrating an image of mine into your artwork in the form of a collage or photo manipulation.  They may be used to create album covers, book covers, memes, ads.  Anything for which you can derive money or payment is considered commercial use and that is allowed with my images.

3)  Can your images be used in personal use projects?

Yes, absolutely.

Some personal use projects people have used my images in are:  art journal pages, scrapbook pages, greeting cards, ATC cards, blogger and Facebook banners.  They also work great for printed paper projects.

4)  Do I have to give you credit?

No, you do not have to give me credit.  However, as a courtesy to me for providing free images, it would be nice if you did.  When you give credit to my website, it helps others to find my free to use images.

5)  Are images totally free?

Yes.  Anything offered on this website is free to use.   I do not have a store or a subscription.  I never charge for my images.   However, if you'd like to help support my work and my website, you are welcome to DONATE.  Any amount is appreciated.

6) Are all the images created completely by you?

No, but most of them are.  Sometimes I purchase Commercial Use images, elements and digital tools that I then incorporate into totally new works of art and designs.  Some of the commercial use images are purchased, some are free and some are free stock images.  However, I purchase them with Commercial Use license and they are safely incorporated into new images and designs.  They are still safe to use and they are still safe for commercial use purposes!

Images for which I sometimes use Commercial Use elements are:  e-cards, premade background scenes, clusters and cluster frames.

7)  Why do you create for free?

Well, first of all...I do not create for money.  I have never created artwork with monetary gain in mind.  Creating is a hobby for me, an outlet.  Second of all, it is an act of kindness.  As someone who enjoys creating scrapbook pages, art journal pages, and original photo manipulation artwork, I found quickly how expensive digital images and elements are.  I've spent thousands on graphics for which people want their names and credits given for use.  Finally, I began creating my own.  So why not share them for free with others who may not have the funds to purchase expensive quality images?  It's my little contribution to good and to art.  Enjoy it!  Everything on this website is free and always will be.
